Annie Ellicott is founder and President of LeapUp Marketing Solutions working with management teams from consumer branded businesses in adventure travel, retail and consumer services to develop effective online and offline marketing strategies for Leapup clients driving improved inquiries, conversions and sales. Annie’s background includes over 25 years of experience developing consumer marketing and business development strategies including brand launches and turnarounds across entertainment, media, apparel and health service categories. Her tenures at both fortune 500 and startups have involved senior level roles in marketing, sales planning and merchandising at the Walt Disney Company, Levi Strauss & Company and Women.com (now iVillage/NBC) as well as management consulting with McKinsey & Co. Annie holds a BA degree in Economics from Princeton University and an Masters of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health. Annie is a also an avid whitewater Class V rafter, sailor, skier, horseback rider and photographer and is active within the Marketing Executive Networking Group, a national alliance of senior level marketeers and within the Adventure Travel Trade Association. In her "spare time", she chairs the Marketing and Events Committees and is a Board member at Global Service Corps and Larkin Street Youth Services in San Francisco.
 

Janeen Jang - Graphic Design

Janeen has 10 years of freelance and graphic design experience working in both offline print and online media. Eightize clients range have included Yoga Journal, LesConcierges.com, Club Sportiva, Robert Mondavi and KKMI among others. Janeen spent 4 years in web design and art direction at Women.com and has a B.S. in Art and Design from California Polytechnic State University.

Zee Creative s a full service web design/development and web hosting company. The Zee team builds creative web and design solutions using a variety of tools including ASP, PHP, Java, Flash and Coldfusion.

Kathy Cappelletti - Market Research
Kathy has 15 years of experience working with clients in the evaluation of their target markets and brand and product positioning challenges for Nestle, Nissan, Pfizer, Clorox and Taco Bell, among others. Her talent in using qualitative research to uncover unique customer insights for consumer brands has allowed her to build better communication strategies for her clients resulting in improved customer relationships and loyalty levels.
